How to Use Interactive Maps Effectively
Planning Your Raid: Study the map before entering. Choose your landing zone carefully. Decide which loot areas to visit. Plan your extraction route early.
During Combat: Keep track of your position. Know where the nearest extraction sits. Mark enemy locations mentally. Share information with teammates.
Loot Prioritization: Hit weapon cases first for combat readiness. Gather crafting materials as you move. Save container searches for when you feel safe.
Time Management: Longer raids give more XP but increase risk. Quick runs work well for specific loot targets. Balance greed with survival instinct.
Understanding Map Features
Weapon Cases
Every map contains weapon cases in fixed locations. These hold guns, attachments, and equipment. High-tier cases spawn less frequently but offer better rewards.
Check popular weapon case spots early. Other players rush these locations too. Be ready for combat when looting weapon cases.
Extraction Points
Each map offers multiple extraction options. Some provide quick escapes with higher danger. Others take longer but offer more safety.
Choose extraction based on your situation. If you have good loot, take the safer route. When time runs short, use the nearest exit.
ARC Enemy Zones
Different ARCs patrol different areas. Learn which enemies spawn where. Some zones have light patrols while others swarm with machines.
Common ARCs:
- Wasps & Hornets: Flying drones that patrol and alert others
- Leapers: Fast-moving ground units
- Rocketeers: Long-range threats
- Bastions: Heavy armored enemies
- Bombardiers: Area denial units
- Shredders: Stella Montis exclusive threat
Quest Locations
Quests appear on all maps. These give extra rewards and XP. Some quests require visiting specific locations. Others need you to defeat certain enemies.
Track active quests through your map interface. Quest markers help you plan efficient routes. Complete quests while looting for maximum efficiency.
Tips for Each Map
Dam Battlegrounds: Use water for quick escapes. The swamp provides natural cover. Industrial areas attract both players and ARCs.
Buried City: Bring extra flashlight batteries. Mark intersections mentally. The deepest chambers hold the best loot.
Spaceport: Control the high ground early. Hangars create killzones – cross them carefully. Tech loot spawns in control rooms.
The Blue Gate: Learn all connection routes. This knowledge helps across all maps. Good for practicing extraction timing.
Stella Montis: Move quietly on metal floors. Every sound travels far. Team up against Shredders when possible. Don’t explore alone unless you’re confident.
